We are a group of organizational and behavioural psychologists and universal designers, who are experts in inclusive environmental design for neurodiverse individuals. Inclusion By Design provides consultancy and auditing services, training and information to hospitality and tourism providers as well as corporate entities around hidden disabilities including autism and mental health. Using expertise and lived experiences we will provide systems and strategies to make your organization more inclusive and welcoming for everyone in line with current legislation.

Our focus is to provide auditing, consultancy and training for tourism providers and corporate entities. Our services will enable customer facing services to provide meaningful experiences to people with a range of disabilities or difficulties and their families. Additionally, they enhance businesses ability to offer appropriate work environments for their neurodiverse employees.
With over 5.1 million people, or 1 in 7 people in Ireland having some form of disability or additional need, there is an ever-increasing need for understanding and support. Many of these people have an ‘invisible disability’ which means that are not immediately obvious to an observer, ie. no wheelchair, walking aids or guide dog. care.
Our team’s law graduate has specialized in Human Rights and our services ensure your business will comply with current legislation. Our audits and consultancy services work under the EU Accessibility Act 2025 Framework and reach ISO Standards 21920. Our disability awareness training is eligible for 90% of fees covered under the Goverment of Ireland’s Disability Awareness Support Scheme.
